Due to my family heritage in Argentina and Italy, meat and pasta are beloved in my repertory; due to my trips and training in South America, Europe and Asia, I've achieved acknowledge in several cuisines as Peruvian, Italian, Spanish and Thai.
Based on total seasonality, Mediterranean driven and flavour packed like in Asia and South America, my cuisine is tasteful as it is delicate.
