Rooted in Argentina, shaped by Italian-Spanish heritage,Criollo & Mediterranean flavors are core in my cooking. Traveling and training across South America and Europe, working alongside chefs from around the globe, I've accomplished great skill in cross cuisines: Latino, Italian,Spanish & Asian, have been central in my craft surprising clients worldwide.
